This site does not take a card or a government fee. A request is free to cancel because nothing has been charged. When we email a payment link, that message will say how refunds work for that payment. We do not currently offer an on-time delivery guarantee. The processing timelines shown on destination pages are typical averages, not commitments.
Filing starts only after that payment. If you cancel before we file, unused government fees can be returned. The service fee covers review work already done and may be kept. After we file, the government fee is usually committed and cannot be returned.
The decision to approve or reject a visa rests entirely with the embassy. Government fees follow the embassy's rejection policy. Most embassies do not refund government fees on rejection. We will share any rejection reason the embassy provides so you can consider reapplying.
