Refund & cancellation policy

Service fee

Our service fee covers application preparation, document review and filing with the embassy. At this stage of our service we do not offer service-fee refunds except in the cancellation cases described below. We do not currently offer an on-time delivery guarantee. The processing timelines shown on destination pages are typical averages, not commitments.

Cancellations before filing

You can cancel any time before we file your application. The government fee, which has not yet been paid to the embassy, is refunded in full (5 to 7 business days via Razorpay). Our service fee is retained to cover the application-preparation work already completed.

Cancellations after filing

Once your application has been filed with the embassy, the government fee is committed and cannot be refunded. Our service fee is non-refundable at this stage.

If your visa is rejected

The decision to approve or reject a visa rests entirely with the embassy. Government fees follow the embassy's rejection policy. most embassies do not refund government fees on rejection. We will share any rejection reason the embassy provides so you can consider reapplying.
