To review your request, email a payment link, and later file with the issuer after you pay. We do not sell or rent your data. Ops sees the files first. The embassy or consulate sees them only when we file.
Uploads travel over HTTPS. Access is limited to the ops team handling your file. We do not promise at-rest encryption or a 180-day archive as a product feature.
We keep what we need to follow up on the request. If storage is configured, that includes the files you uploaded. Email privacy@clearviza.com to ask what we still hold and to ask us to delete it.
