E-visas, ETAs, eNTRI and visa-on-arrival (UAE, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia) are filed online. No centre visit. Consular visas (UK, Schengen, USA, Canada, Australia) need a biometrics appointment at VFS, or a consular interview for the USA. We do not book that slot on this request. After you pay we tell you what to carry.
No. Approval is entirely at the discretion of the embassy or consulate. We prepare a complete, accurate application so your case is assessed on its merits, but we cannot guarantee the outcome.
Rejections are at the embassy's discretion. Government fees follow the embassy's rejection policy and are typically non-refundable. We'll share any reason the embassy provides so you can consider reapplying.
Yes, add travellers on the Travellers step. When you pay, the service fee and government fee are charged per traveller.
